edit - Some people are saying they lack photoshop but have ideas. For those people who feel they can't do one, it's a simple process that honestly doesn't require the photoshop program - just find a livejournal, right click, view source, edit things, save as .html file, open, hit the print screen button, go into paint, paste it, trim it down etc, then save as .jpg. I did this, hence why the below poster complained about compression, so you may want to use a better program than paint for your purposes. Anyhow, I just uploaded a better conversion of it.
